NK Cell MagCellect Kits
R&D Systems has developed two new kits for the rapid isolation of untouched Natural Killer cells from both mouse and human preparations that achieve levels of purity as high as 95%.
NK cells are purified by the removal of undesired populations using a cocktail of monoclonal antibodies that specifically react with non-NK cell populations. These cell types are then tagged with magnetic beads and separated from the desired NK cells by magnetic force. A typical isolation is achieved in just 45 minutes.

Enrichment of NK cells from Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) using the MagCellect Human NK Cell Isolation Kit. The MagCellect Human NK Isolation Kit was used to enrich for NK cells from PBMCs. Cells were double-stained with an APC-conjugated anti-human CD3 monoclonal antibody and a PE-conjugated anti-human NCAM-1/CD56 monoclonal antibody before (A) and after (B) enrichment.
