Super Sensitive™ One-Step Polymer-HRP Detection System with IVD-CE

The BioGenex Super Sensitive™ One-Step Polymer-HRP Detection System represents state-of-art technology in the detection of antigen-antibody binding reactions, such as in immunohistochemical staining applications. This system has been designed to provide the user with unsurpassed performance when recommended protocols are followed. Because of the sensitivity enhancement achievable with these reagents, the optimal dilutions and incubation times for primary antibodies will vary, in some cases dramatically, from those which the user may be accustomed to.

Unique technology; improved sensitivity over one-step systems:

The Super Sensitive™ One-Step Polymer-HRP Detection System features One-Step Polymeric technology to provide excellent sensitivity, high specificity, and a shorter protocol than conventional immunohistochemical staining methods. This new polymer conjugation method has resulted in a versatile polymer capable of intense nuclear, cytoplasmic, and membrane antigen staining. Drawbacks of other polymer systems include compromised cell penetration ability that can cause weak nuclear staining. The polymer conjugate contains multiple HRP molecules to provide excellent sensitivity and specificity.

One-Step staining:

Super Sensitive™ One-Step Polymer-HRP staining method is faster and easier than a
conventional LAB-SA protocol because it uses an HRP polymer conjugated to the secondary antibody and eliminates one incubation step. In addition, it does not use biotin, so potential background due to endogenous biotin activity is completely avoided.

Super Sensitive™ One-Step

Polymer-HRP also features a shorter polymer incubation time; Super Sensitive™ One-Step Polymer-HRP requires only 15 minutes, while other polymers require 30 minutes.

Universal system for rabbit and mouse primary antibodies:

The reagent in this kit can be used in conjunction with mouse and/or rabbit IgG primary antibodies supplied by BioGenex for the immunohistochemical staining of over 400 different antigens associated with tumors and infectious agents.

Biotin free system for higher specificity:

The Super Sensitive™ One-Step Polymer-HRP Detection System is a novel detection system using a non-biotin polymeric technology that makes use of only one major component: a Polymer-HRP reagent. As the system is not based on the biotin-avidin system, problems associated with endogenous biotin are completely eliminated.
